Tropical Storm Hanna

There is now a tropical storm warning in place for the central and northwestern Bahamas. Warnings for the southern Bahamas and Turks and Caicos have been discontinued. Hanna is expected to pass through the Bahamas today before heading for the Carolina coast on Friday. There is a hurricane watch in effect from Surf City, North Carolina, to Edisto Beach, South Carolina. A tropical storm watch covers Edisto Beach south to Altamaha Sound, Georgia.

The good- nice bar and grill downstairs and the casino appears to be nice and lots of fun. The king size room came equipped with a large and very comfortable bed. Pillows were plush and I looked forward to diving in to them after a long day. From the lobby you would think you were staying in a first rate... more

We were very happy with this resort. The hotel staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful, the ocean was the perfect temperature. We spent a lot of time at the swim-up bar and never felt crowded. The rooms were clean and big and beautiful. Even the cheesy evening entertainment we really enjoyed because the "star friends" are so funny... more
