We just returned from a great week at the Hyatt Aruba. This was a family vacation for my husband, son and I. The resort is newly renovated and the rooms are very nice. The beach and pool area are beautiful. We felt there was a great selection of restaurants at the Resort and enjoyed them all. I would give the... more

The Aruba Hyatt has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with flat screen TVs and large showers. The AC is temperature controlled at 68 degrees which I think is too high in the middle of August. We requested housekeeping before 1pm, but two days they didn't clean until 4pm. The houskeeping manager was rude and unhelpful.... more

Aruba is lovely but you will quickly realize that there is not a lot to do except relax and enjoy where you are. The Hyatt was perfect for this. The location is nice because you can easily walk to other beaches/casinos, stores and restaurants are across the street, a snorkel boat on the beach to take you out. The bar... more

We've just returned from Aruba and the Hyatt. This was our first time in Aruba and we desired to stay at the “highest rated high-rise hotel” on the island. For us, it was a second honeymoon and 33rd anniversary. First, some background and some initial impressions. We've traveled extensively and are usually stay in five star properties, the Ritz's and... more

What a place! My wife, 2 teenagers and I just returned from an outstanding stay at the Hyatt. We flew direct AA from New York City and arrived around sunset. After a quick and hassle free check-in while standing in one of the most spacious and picturesque lobbies in the Caribbean, we were escorted to our room on the ninth... more

Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is the best on the island. Rooms are very clean and were obviously upgraded and updated. Few problems: ocean/pool view rooms above one of the bars gets a lot of noise when there is music or live music (which occurs every night); hotel guest do not wear resort specific wrist bands which means anyone could use... more

Loved the lobby- we visited all the hotels on the strip and this was by far the BEST lobby- absolutely gorgeous- the only thing I can complain about is that the pool area had no music and the bar inside the pool closed at 6. Other than that- I loved it! more

I've stayed in most major hotel brands all over the Caribbean from the Cayman Islands to Trinidad and I now have a new favorite.......the Hyatt in Aruba. While it's a little pricey, I can't complain too much since the value received exceeded the price paid in my case. I stayed a week in late July and had two rooms (girls... more

We stayed at the Hyatt for our honeymoon in late July...IT WAS GREAT!!! We don't have one single complaint! We stayed in an ocean front suite and we had access to the regency level-it was great! We were able to go for continental breakfast every morning--juice, coffee, fruit, bagels, cereal. And the staff was wonderful!!!I It was great for getting... more
