We stayed during the week so we had no problem with the nightclub. Great staff, cute rooms, resaturant had very nice menu and food. The town itself is very "Alaskan" in feel. Small, dusty and rural, but friendly and open. Great view of the lake and mountains. Went to the Merano Glacier and took a walking trek on it. FANTASTIC! more

My boyfriend stayed at this hotel in October 08. Great place, helpful staff, great food, fantastic interior design.... but the nightclub next door meant we didn't sleep a wink. I was so relieved we only booked for one night. So if you can like a bit of techno until 3am this is the hotel for you. more

This is a beautifully designed and decorated hotel. It's a great place to relax after a day out at the glaciers. Rooms are lovely, and breakfast and dinner were excellent.
